The PROBLEMS OF ECONOMY journal seeks to provide open access to modern research and supports the principles of the declaration on open access to articles published in it (in accordance with the BOAI – Budapest Open Access Initiative).
This means that all articles in the journal are in open access on the public internet right since the date of their publication, which allows any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself. The only constraint on reproduction and distribution of articles in the journal supporting the declaration on open access is to give authors control over the integrity of their work and the right to be properly cited.

The PROBLEMS OF ECONOMY journal also operates under the Creative Commons CC-BY-SA license. This allows free reproduction of articles, provided the original work is not used for commercial purposes and properly cited. The journal allows authors to hold the copyright without restrictions and retain the rights to publish without restrictions. All authors and publishers of the journal accept this agreement as a condition of publication.

All articles submitted to the journal also undergo mandatory online plagiarism check.
