Abstract:
The article considers the essence and components of convergence of both the subjects of creation and the subjects of consumption of innovative values. It is proved that convergent investment processes mean not only technological unification, but also integration of different sectors, resulting in creation of conditions for integrated development and use of synergy. It is proposed to consider the convergent components through the convergent field that represents a dynamic and interacting environment in which various factors are combined to achieve common goals and create new opportunities. This made it possible to identify them and substantiate the essential and functional load in the implementation of innovative processes at the enterprise in the context of digitalization. It is determined that the organization of convergent investments involves the formation of cross-functional teams that cooperate to optimize resources and achieve the maximum value of the enterprise, based on the process approach. An important part of the functional structure is the definition of possible competence interaction in the implementation of technological innovations that allow combining multi-level processes and approaches in the intellectualization of labor. The structuring of the convergence of interacting elements in the implementation of innovations in a dynamic business environment is carried out on the basis of coherence and effective solution of problems within the framework of convergent investment processes, which contributes to the creation of innovative solutions and ensures the competitive advantages of the enterprise in a dynamic business environment.
