Abstract:
The article is devoted to the topical problem of management of integrative development and formation of integrative flows in the system of management of enterprises. The study of the essential features of the development of enterprise, the economic development of enterprise allowed to put forward a hypothesis of integrative development, the originality of which lies in the connection between the economic development of enterprise and the paradigm of digitalization. The article substantiates the understanding of the essence of the integrative flow and examines digital technologies that are actively used by enterprises: GovTech, LegalTech, NanoTech, RetailTech, FinTec. An important aspect of the formation of stable integrative relations is the construction of an effective infrastructurally developed digital plateau, which covers information and communication technologies of systems for combining services and business processes between society and enterprises or between individual enterprises to meet the existing unsatisfied demand or improve own organizational and economic mechanisms of activity. It is proved that the digital integrative development of enterprises is implemented on the principles of the movement of flow processes of activity. The platform for ensuring the functioning of enterprises in the modern digital space under the conditions of digital economy is represented by the current innovative digital technological solutions, including electronic payment systems, mobile services, apps, personalized service based on Big Data, artificial intelligence and machine learning, which makes possible to foster an improvement of the efficiency of management and organization of integrative partnerships between enterprises. Thus, the methodological foundations of the integrative development of the enterprise consist in the implementation of artificial intelligence, intellectual analysis of business processes based on Big Data, which take into account the features of the external digital environment, internal transformations of the enterprise, associated with changes in doing business and aimed at a clear strategic vision of the development of the enterprise.
